Daytona Bike Week Sweet Meet is less than two months away, eh? What a 2008 year it was for Bike Week Sweet Meet’s through out Florida, thank you to the members that showed that subscribed to the mailing list!!!! Great news for Pantyhose Fashion at Daytona Bike Week Sweet Meet, I will be writting an article for one of the major Bike Week Sites and posting pictures to show, inside “Daytona Bike Week Sweet Meet’s!”. Presently I am working out everyday and watching my diet intake for this year’s Daytona Bike Week Sweet Meet

I cannot wait to show off the new outfits I have made so far, eh?

Daytona Bike Week Sweet Meet 2008 Bikini Contest

The first race took place on a 3.2 mile beach and road course, located south of Daytona Beach. Ed Kretz of Monterey Park, CA was its first winner, riding an American made Indian motorcycle and averaging 73.34 mph. Kretz also won the inaugural City of Daytona Beach trophy.

The 1937, race course ran approximately one and a half miles north on the beach; through a 1/4 mile turn where the sand was banked, and then onto the paved, public roadway portion for the trip south. Coming back on the final turn, another high sand bank awaited riders as they raced on the hard sands of the beach. Interestingly enough, starting times for these events were dictated by the local tide tables. The races continued from 1937 to 1941. In the early years the Daytona 200 was also called the “Handlebar Derby” by local racing scribes.

In 1948, a new beach - road course was used because of developments along the beach. Organizers were forced to move the event further south, towards Ponce Inlet. The new circuit measured 4.1 miles. The last Daytona 200 to be held on the beach - road course took place in 1960. In 1961, the famous race was moved to the Daytona International Speedway.

Daytona Bike Week has always had a flavor of its own. Some time after the war, the event began to take on a rugged edge. While the motorcycle races on the beach were organized, events surrounding the race were not. As time passed, locals became afraid of the visitors and law enforcement officers and city officials were less than enthusiastic about what some termed an “invasion”. Relations between the Bikers and law enforcement officials continued to worsen. When things appeared to be at their worst (after the 1986 event), a special task force was organized by the city in cooperation with the local chamber of commerce to improve relations and change the magnitude and scope of the event.

Today Daytona Bike Week Sweet Meet has transformed into a 10-day festival that expands throughout Volusia County. There are hundreds of events for motorcycle enthusiasts to enjoy. Bike Week now welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors annually and is enjoyed by locals and motorcycle enthusiasts world wide.

Shiny pantyhose I believe are the favorites, they are mine…although I feel we must take a poll to really find out! So can you help me discover if Shiny Pantyhose RULE or if I am miscalculating my guess. Darn, I had to stop typing and run my hands down the shiny pantyhose I am wearing as I put this article together, eh?

Shiny Pantyhose that feel like silk on my legs, are definitely a favorite of mine to wear regularly, although the Outlaw loves the Coffee and Taupe shades more! Last year during our traditional watch the sunrise in pantyhose, it was a beautiful sunrise with excellent colors to show off my shiny pantyhose!!! This year was cloudy, windy and chilly….so the shiny pantyhose did not get the same effect as last year, so we are posting those pictures here to share with you, enjoy!

Now we know everyone’s favorite shade of pantyhose are the suntan shade, yet I wonder how many favorite, matte, flat, shine or high gloss???

Maybe it all started with the Wonder Bra, but now intimates are seen not just as a foundation, but as the superstructure, as well. Today, bras and women’s hosiery is expected to do a lot more than simply cover up. Foundation garments are becoming functional in several ways.

For example, last year, Champion designed a sports bra featuring X-Tatic, a silver fabrication with antimicrobial properties produced by Noble Fiber Technologies. But all this has to come with comfort. The trend has manifested itself, among other ways, in emergence of more seamless products.

laytex Apparel has been pushing Only You, a seamless bra introduced last year. Playtex has marketed the product as an “invisible” bra that has less stitching and, therefore, more comfort. Last year, Sara Lee’s L’eggs division unveiled the Intimates Smoothing Panty, a blend of micromesh fabric designed to give a smooth look as it supports.

Now, fiber makers are jumping on the trend and extending it to legwear. DuPont, for example, is promoting its fibers as the basis for the next generation of legwear, which will be both more functional and sexier. Hanes, in its bid to ride the trend, has now introduced Body Enhancers, a lightweight collection of legwear that also helps shape the body, but without binding or discomfort. The line comes in firm- and light-control products, which retail for $8.95 to $12.95, and $7.95 and $9.95, respectively.

Outlaw and I for New Year Greetings tradition, watch the sunrise of the first day together and this year was a dozzy! Windy and Chilly comes to mind, so I had my Peavey Pantyhose on to help shield my legs from the cold wind.

I will be cruising to the islands in pantyhose and snorkeling in pantyhose around bystanders in public in the background of the pictures. My pantyhose passion for 2009 is to show I really enjoy hosiery by including more people in the background of my pictures. I will be in a public resort swimming pool around other people in my pantyhose with a swimsuit over them, getting wet! We are looking at the calendar to take a private yacht down the coast to keywest and might call it, “Pantyhose Cruise into the Sunset!”.

Happy New Year Celebration in Pantyhose

SweetnPantyhose wishes a Happy New Year Celebration for everyone who supports our efforts in bring pantyhose fashion back, by demonstrating it is ok to wear pantyhose in public with all types of outfits in our pictures! Last year during our Happy New Year Celebration we had a great time at Port Canaveral, bringing in the New Year in shiny pantyhose. Yet this year we will be at a new high end restaurant at the Port overlooking the cruise ship waterway, very romantic setting I must admit. But there is a Happy New Year Celebration block party going on also….you never know I might have to take a stroll and look to chat with other women wearing pantyhose to share here with you.

As you can see by the picture from last years Happy New Year Celebration one of our friends even wore stockings and garter belt over her pantyhose, Awesome! Then our tradition is to bring in the first morning of the new year, watching the sunrise together at the beach. We have a great time watching the sunrise after our Happy New Year Celebration from the night before with a coffee from Starbucks (they are open). Sometimes we go home and take a nap, but I have been known to slip out of my clothes down to my pantyhose with a bikini over them and do more posing on the beach, enjoy pictures from one New Years Day after a previous Happy New Year Celebration night of pantyhose fun.

Leather and Spikes With Pantyhose Makes Everything Nice

Spikes with pantyhose really does make every senerio or event much, much nicer.When I am out and about in my pantyhose and sneakers I enjoy the feeling on my legs with the attention you get from the men, trying to act like it isn’t the pantyhose, heehe! Yet when I wear my five inch spikes with pantyhose the atmosphere changes, I feel so much more in power as my spiked heels click off of the ground as the light shines off of my shimmery pantyhose as I am strutting along. It looks like Sarah Silverman knows the power of spikes with pantyhose in the picture below!

While up in Toronto, Ontario taking care of some federal business, I wore my power spikes with pantyhose to compliment my leather mini skirt. I sometimes am content that pantyhose with spikes are not too popular presently, because it gives me the upper hand when competing for help while out shopping or taking care of business, lol..

Ladies you got a give it a try next time you go out shopping, slip into an outfit that compliments your body matching your spikes with pantyhose and be amazed at how different you are treated. You might have a few jealous females (usually younger) that roll their eyes because you refuse to be in bare legs with flip flops…over casual like them. But you know your spikes with pantyhose are intimidating to ladies that have little self-esteem and cannot see theirselves wearing such an outfit….but be nice to them and compliment them on something they are wearing!
