Tamara pantyhose started it all in the beginning to compliment the uniforms, when Hooters had their first establishment in Clearwater, Florida. Then several years ago they switched to Peavey pantyhose after they upgraded their tights to include footless and hipsters. With pantyhose the waistband comes up over their Dolphin short silk shorts, so the girls would take a pair of scissors and cut the waistband off of their pantyhose to roll it down below their waistband of the shorts. Some girls took advantage of the high waistband and would pull it up over their breasts and put their bra on. Next time you are at Hooters, check to see if you can see a pantyhose seam up the front of shirt on any of the girls.
