Hooters has the position of being the largest and best pantyhose bar/restaurant in the USA, yet watch out for Winghouse! Winghouse has under twenty locations where the girls wear pantyhose and practically the same uniforms, yet in black. It looks as though Winghouse here in florida has higher quality food and service according to SweetnPantyhose. Give them another twenty years and they will give Hooters a run for their money, literally!
