When wearing in public, I normally wear 2 pair of opaque tights with a button-down shirt or a t-shirt, and I have received much encouragement and great response. In the African-American community, this is definitely not normally accepted, especially in a city like Chicago. If you are blessed with this gift, then it is up to you to use it, because you may inspire someone else who might be afraid to wear tights openly. Consider that perspective.
