US Airways goes down with Flight Attendants in Pantyhose
Today most of you are coming home and learning about the US Airways plane crash landing with Flight Attendants in Pantyhose into Hudson Bay in New York City. After take off, 30 seconds into the air…both engines had bird strikes and would only last another 2 1/2 minutes from that point before blowing up in flames, witnessed by a Flight Attendants in Pantyhose.
The twist here that one of the Flight Attendants in Pantyhose that works for US Airways is a friend of Sweet’s which wears hosiery and works as a featured bartender at Daytona Bike Week at Froggy’s. Soon as we found out about the plane with the Flight Attendants in Pantyhose going down, we texted our friend Deb in hose! Nervously we listened as we heard there were no fatalities. The pilot was being routed to an airport in New Jersey across the river to land and lost both engines three minutes into the flight. The Flight Attendants in Pantyhose were instructing the passengers again on the safety precautions, when the engines literally flamed out and the pilot keyed the mike and instructed everyone to brace for impact.
Our friend says most likely they were taking bags and having everyone take off everything that was sharp and could cause injury. The Flight Attendants in Pantyhose and lady passengers in pantyhose might have been instructed to take off their hosiery, if enough time was given. During fires from crash landings, the pantyhose melt to the legs and create further problems from the burns.
Eye witness accounts did not say if the ladies still had on their pantyhose, yet did say the Pilot did a great job on keeping the plane under control. The descent was controlled with the plane making a blunt implact into the water, not skipping or moving very far once in the river. Since the water landing and rescues by the water taxi’s…the plane has drifted over one mile from the strong currents.
We are happy that Deb in Hose was not on board and that those who were, survived leaving no one behind!
